Right now, our only coaches are ones that have been hand-picked by Paul Ulibarri. Our goal in opening this application is to widen our community of coaches and help to reach more students across the United States.

After we receive your application, we will reach out to schedule a call and discuss the finer details of what it means to be a Ulibarri Leadership Institute coach, answer any questions you have, and get to know you.
Lastly, we will work with you to help you learn from the Ulibarri Leadership Curriculum, and bring you into our coaches' circle.

This is a totally understandable question, especially for coaches who have already established their coaching business locally.
Here are some of the things that the Institute offers our coaches:
- Hands-on support with any problems you or your students are facing
- Complete handling of all booking, scheduling, and payment processes
- Continuous features on our social media, promoting you to a wider audience
- Full-time staff who will help market you locally
- Access to Facebook groups and Zoom calls with all of our coaches
If there is anything you are looking for that we haven't listed above, please let us know! We are currently growing and are trying to continually improve how we support our coaches.
Absolutely not.
The goal of the Institute is not to replace how you are currently coaching with the Ulibarri Leadership Curriculum, but rather to help you supplement your coaching with additional support and resources. We hope that all of our coaches will continually learn from each other, and we only bring on coaches that we think will have both something to gain and something to offer to our community.

We recognize that disc golf coaching is a growing business, and that some of the best coaches out there might not have been able to coach disc golf before. We still seriously urge you to fill out the application, and through that process explain why you're interested and how you are qualified – it does not have to be because you are already an established disc golf coach.

We are firm believers that the best players are sometimes mediocre coaches and the best coaches are sometimes mediocre players. If you feel that you have the experience and knowledge of the game to teach it, even if you're not 950+ rated, then we want to hear from you.
